Booking Conditions

• Terms of Booking & Payment
  • Booking / Confirmations
    As soon as we have received your deposit/full payment and the hotel confirmations have been received by us, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation/invoice by email.

  • From the booking confirmation/invoice you can see the remaining amount to be paid and the due date for the remaining payment.
  •  
  • We would like to ask you to check all booking details in your booking confirmation/invoice for correctness. If any of the information is incorrect or incomplete, please contact your sales representative. In such a case, we will be happy to make the necessary changes.

  • We require a deposit of 25% (sport package) per person. For a booking with arrival within the next 56 days, we need the full payment to make the reservation. If you also want us to book your flight, you must always make the full payment in the number of flight costs.

  • Yourtrainingcamp.com reserves the right to make any necessary changes and corrections to your booking without notice.

  • Bank Transaction to Foreign Country;
  • (for non-EU countries) - Please note that with a foreign bank transfer it can take up to 3-4 working days until the money arrives in our account and the banks take bank processing fees for the transaction (the customer overtakes the costs).

• Terms of Hotel cancellation
  • 50% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations up to 14 days before departure

  • 60% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations up to 07 days before departure
  •  
  • 80% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations up to 02 days before departure
  •  
  • 95% cancellation fee of the total price if canceled on The day before arrival
  •  
  • 100% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations on arrival day

  • In some (special) cases (such as illness) we will try to refund the amount from Hotel or other Sports facilities. Therefore, we need an official receipt by the Doctor due to illness. (Should mention that travel can not be made)

  • The above cancellation terms only apply to sports trips. (MICE and other events, depending on the contract content)
• Terms of Flight cancellation
  • Flight cancellations incur 100% cancellation fees and there is no refund of flight costs. Date and / or name changes may not be possible in some cases or it may arise additional costs for required changes.

  • Here apply the regulations of the airlines.

  • All the cancellation fees apply not only to the cancellation of the entire tour group but also to individual participants, even if the rest of the group starts the trip in accordance with the contractual agreement. When traveling by air, the exchange and cancellation fees may vary widely depending on the airline and accommodation.

  • Golf baggage reservations for flights: Please note that airplanes only have a certain golf baggage capacity.
